What ages do you work with?

We work with children from 18 months through the teen years, and we support the whole family, parents, couples, and siblings, through counseling and coaching alongside your child's care.

Do you accept insurance?

We are a private-pay practice, so we don't bill insurance directly. However, we provide all the documentation you need, including superbills, so you can submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.

How much do sessions cost?

Fees vary by service, clinician, and session length, so we share specific rates during your free discovery call once we understand what your family is looking for. Every family also receives a written Good Faith Estimate before care begins, so there are no surprises.

How do superbills and out-of-network reimbursement work?

Each month we can provide a superbill with the diagnostic and procedure codes most PPO plans need. You submit it to your insurance, and depending on your out-of-network benefits, they may reimburse a portion of the fee directly to you. We recommend calling your insurer to ask about your out-of-network mental health benefits.

Do you take HSA or FSA cards?

Yes. We accept all major credit cards as well as HSA and FSA cards for eligible services.

What happens after I submit the contact form?

A member of our team typically responds within one business day to schedule a free discovery call. On that call we'll learn what your family is looking for, answer questions about fees and fit, and if it feels right, schedule your Healthy Family Blueprint and first session.

What is the Healthy Family Blueprint™, and do I have to do it?

The Healthy Family Blueprint™ is a comprehensive assessment that maps your family's needs before your first session. It's how we build a personalized, coordinated care plan, and it's included for every new family. Think of it as your roadmap, not a requirement.

What makes your ABA therapy different?

Our ABA is neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and grounded in relational neuroscience. We don't train compliance. We build connection, communication, and confidence. And your child's ABA team coordinates directly with your family's other Haven providers.

Can I start with just one service?

Absolutely. Many families start with a single service and expand as they see the benefit of coordinated care. There's no pressure to use everything, just the support your family needs right now.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes, we offer telehealth for many of our counseling and coaching services. ABA therapy is provided in person. We'll help you determine the best format during your discovery call.

How quickly can we get started?

Most families have their discovery call within a few days of reaching out. From there, we'll schedule your Healthy Family Blueprint Assessment and build your care plan. Timeline varies by service, but we move as quickly as your family needs.
